1. Prototype status
Partsatty is a demonstration platform. Catalog prices, fitment rows, workshop capacities, torque values and delivery estimates are reference data for evaluation. They are not a substitute for the OEM manual, vehicle placard or a qualified technician's inspection.
2. No live transactions
The checkout is a demo. No payment is captured, no order is sent to a supplier, and no delivery is arranged. Do not enter real card details. Production payments would run through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Omani local cards and OmanNet.
3. Fitment & safety
Always confirm the part number against your VIN and the supplier before ordering. Brake, steering, airbag, high-voltage and fuel-system work should be performed by trained technicians. If a diagnostic result says “stop driving”, park the vehicle safely and arrange recovery.

5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or upload unlawful content. Admin access is a local demo and must not be used to imply a production security guarantee.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partsatty is not liable for losses arising from reliance on reference data, third-party links or prototype transactions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Omani law.
